Alexander Boissevain
Alexander holds a Master's degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2005, he completed his postgraduate studies as a Registered Controller at Nyenrode University. Alexander worked for ING Lease before joining BDO Corporate Finance. In his early years, he worked mainly in Eastern Europe and Russia, where he focused on going-private transactions, feasibility studies, and corporate restructuring.
After his initial years, he specialised in advising on national and international mergers and acquisitions and gained experience in writing prospectuses for the primary and secondary market.
Based on his knowledge and experience, Alexander saw demand for a hands-on, entrepreneurial, and independent M&A boutique. Together with Friso Kuipers, he founded his own M&A boutique in 2005: AenF Partners BV. Alexander supports every phase of a merger or acquisition, from strategic and financial analysis to valuations and negotiations.
Alexander is married and has three children. He is a passionate sailor and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
Alexander and Friso have merged AenF Partners with the Benelux office of Translink Corporate Finance in 2024 to pursue their international ambitions.
