SiebenTools acquires the shares of Endstra Deco

Endstra Deco has been taken over by SiebenTools.

AenF Partners has assisted the shareholders of SiebenTools in the purchase of the shares of Endstra Deco.

SiebenTools is a wholesaler with a very wide range of tools. Endstra Deco is the supplier specialised in (the trade in) non-painted articles aimed at the professional painter.

With this takeover SiebenTools is able to expand the assortment and also serve the professional painter directly.
