IMBEMA SMT WILL CONTINUE UNDER ITS OWN TITLE

The current management team will take over 100% of the shares of Imbema SMT B.V. including its German subsidiary Kunstoffchemie GmbH as of January 1, 2021.

Imbema SMT has grown under the banner of the Imbema Group and owned by the Bloemers family into a specialist in solutions and applications of synthetic materials.

AenF Partners accompanied the current management through the entire purchase process. The activities included making financial analyses, conducting the negotiations and arranging financing.
