Verhaert acquires the shares of BEACON

As of October 2019 BEACON will join forces with Verhaert. BEACON (NL) is a consultancy firm specialised in project management of product innovation. As interim project manager, advisor on the sidelines or expert with specific knowledge, BEACON coordinates and advises during all phases of the innovation process until the moment that innovation leads to turnover. Verhaert (BE) is also a leading innovation agency operating mainly from the Antwerp region. As a leading innovation group in integral product development, Verhaert helps companies and entrepreneurs to develop and implement successful innovation projects.

The services of both parties are highly complementary. The bundling enables both BEACON and Verhaert to further grow their services and team in the coming years, and to expand their market share in a number of new branches.
