Buy-out co-shareholder Motorenco Holding B.V.

AenF Partners has advised LaBerg B.V. with the sale of its shareholding in Motorenco Holding B.V.

Motorenco is engaged in various activities in the metal industry. For example, the company has a stockholding wholesaler in all kinds and sizes of metal. The materials are processed in its own machine factory. The activities take place at one location in Beverwijk. 

AenF Partners' services mainly consisted of financial analysis, conducting negotiations and structuring the transaction.
