Takeover of Van Deuveren Traffic by Boels

Boels Rental, one of Europe's leading rental companies, has acquired the shares of Van Deuveren Traffic B.V.. The acquisition of Van Deuveren Traffic, which like Boels is a family business, further expands Boels' specialised business units. Van Deuveren Traffic specialises in the rental of, among other things, outdoor mobile information facilities for road works, such as Tekstkarren.

Gert Van Deuveren, director of Van Deuveren Traffic: "Our company has traditionally provided its services to the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management. In the meantime, we have moved on to signage for motorways and crowd management during events and festivals. With our team of 45 enthusiastic employees, we are now market leader in our sector and ready for the next phase of growth. Boels offers us that opportunity because we can now make use of their international network of more than 400 branches. We can now continue to grow at an accelerated pace.

Pierre Boels, CEO of Boels Rental: "We are very pleased with the acquisition of Van Deuveren Traffic. There is a large overlap in customer segments such as road construction, the event sector and governments. The acquisition of Van Deuveren Traffic fits in with Boels' strategy to further expand its product portfolio and services within the specialist rental sector. We meet the needs of our customers by means of the one-stop shopping principle, including specialisms".

AenF Partners has assisted the Seller throughout the entire sales process (financial analyses, drawing up an information memorandum, approaching suitable buyers, coordinating due diligence, as well as conducting negotiations).
