AenF Partners begeleidt succesvol de overname van Seats2Meet.com.

Marcel Nicolaas took over the shares of Seats2Meet Utrecht in January 2020.

The company facilitates entrepreneurs, independent professionals ("ZP'ers"), companies and institutions in conference and meeting facilities. Distinctive and characteristic of the Seats2Meet Utrecht is the social focus in which meeting rooms and workplaces are rented out at a relatively affordable price. Marcel Nicolaas is familiar with the concept. He has previously set up three successful Seats2Meet locations in Brabant (Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Tilburg). 

AenF Partners has assisted the vendors throughout the entire process; from financial analysis to drafting memoranda and conducting negotiations.
