PinkWeb acquired by Visma Group

Visma has acquired Pink Web Applications B.V.. PinkWeb is supplier of the innovative solution Client Online, an online client interaction platform for accountancy firms and their clients. The acquisition is in line with the strategy of Visma, Europe's largest cloud software provider, to further expand its activities in the Netherlands, with a strong focus on the accountancy sector.

AenF Partners has assisted the Seller throughout the entire sales process (financial analysis, preparation of information memorandum, approaching suitable buyers, coordination due diligence, as well as conducting negotiations).
