Ngage Media acquired by listed company Ocean Outdoor (UK). Ngage Media is the absolute market leader in the Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) market. 

UK-based Ocean Outdoor acquired Ngage Media, operator of > 80 large digital advertising screens in strategic locations. In addition to Ngage Media, the listed company Ocean also acquired the shares of Interbest, operator of approximately 90 advertising masts along motorways. These acquisitions are the first step in Ocean's European expansion plan.
