Overname Geldvoorelkaar door investeerders en management

Geldvoorkaar, the largest crowdfunding platform in the Netherlands, has been taken over by the management and a group of investors. With the new group of investors, Geldvoorelkaar has found a partner that brings a lot of entrepreneurial experience and knowledge. This fits in well with its ambition to grow in the short term to become the first platform to realise € 500 million in funding for SMEs and private individuals.

The crowdfunding platform has been taken over by the buyers from Trustbuddy AB. The activities of AenF Partners included carrying out the financial analyses, approaching the parties, conducting the negotiations and structuring the transaction.
