Free Academy taken over by Amerborgh

 

The Vrije Academie organises lectures in the field of art and culture for more than 40,000 students annually, in more than 40 cities in the Netherlands. Its free magazine devoted to art history, philosophy, music, photography and architecture reaches more than 110,000 households, making it the largest art & culture title in the Netherlands. Peter van Duinen, one of the two founders of the cultural enterprise founded in 1990, will continue as managing director after the takeover.
