Batenburg Techniek strengthens its automation division

Batenburg Techniek intends to acquire the automation company Bellt Consultancy on 1 November 2016. Bellt was founded in 1990. Under the leadership of its founders, the company has grown into a leading player in the market for process automation and computerisation. The intended acquisition of Bellt supports the announced ambition of Batenburg Techniek to further expand its activities in industrial automation.

Bellt will be an important part of the Batenburg Industrial Automation division. This division is active in industry, infrastructure and horticulture and focuses primarily on the design and management of efficient and safe control systems for machine and production lines.

AenF Partners will assist the board of Batenburg with the intended acquisition. The services provided by AenF Partners include carrying out financial analyses, arranging the financing and structuring the transaction.
