Anton Group acquires the shares of Loos Beton

AenF Partners assisted Mr. Loos in the sale of his company (Loos Beton Groep) to the Anton Group.

Loos Beton Groep is a specialist in the field of pouring and finishing concrete floors for both infrastructure projects and projects in the utility market. The company is based in Obdam and was founded in the early 1990s by Mr. Loos. Under his leadership, Loos Beton Groep has grown into a leading player in the market.

The Anton Groep, also based in Obdam, is a supplier of innovative solutions for steel and concrete construction, industrial installations and rail&infra.
