AenF Partners assists strategic acquisition of Lexima by Sensotec

On 1 January 2020, Mr Kleintjens stepped down as managing director and owner of Lexima. He will be succeeded by Falk Beerten; director-owner of Sensotec.

Lexima is a socially oriented company that wants to help anyone with a reading or writing problem to be successful, at school, at work or in leisure time. Lexima is the largest supplier of ICT tools for dyslexia and technological solutions to prevent reading problems. 

Sensotec is a leading Belgian company that develops tools for the international market for people with visual or reading problems such as dyslexia. Lexima and Sensotec have been working closely together for years and complement each other excellently.

AenF Partners has assisted Mr Kleintjens throughout the entire sales process. The activities included making financial analyses, drawing up an information memorandum, approaching parties, coordinating book research and conducting negotiations.
