Acquisition CRYPSYS by Infinigate

AenF Partners assisted Mr Westerhoff in the sale of his company (CRYPSYS) to Infinigate.

CRYPSYS is a value added distributor of ICT security solutions in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The company is based in Gorinchem. Under the leadership of Mr. Westerhoff, CRYPSYS has shown beautiful growth over the years, which has also been noticed abroad.

Infinigate, based in Rotkreuz in Switzerland and part of HIG Capital, is also a value added distributor in ICT security. Through the acquisition of CRYPSYS, Infinigate is able to further expand their coverage of the Western European ICT security market.

AenF Partners supervised the entire sales process (financial analyses, coordination due-diligence, as well as conducting negotiations).
