AenF Partners has assisted Mr. Kees Frowein with the acquisition of Vogelsang Magazijntechniek B.V.

Vogelsang specialises in the supply and installation of storage systems in warehouses. The company offers customized solutions that increase the surface area and effectiveness of warehouse and business space. Vogelsang was founded in 1994 by Mr. Adri Balvert and in its early years mainly supplied warehouse racks and mezzanine floors. The products and services have since been extended with furnishing (walls and doors) for Self Storage companies. For its product groups, the Company has an exclusive sales right for the Dutch and Belgian markets.

The services provided by AenF Partners included carrying out the financial analyses, arranging the financing and conducting the negotiations.
