American GNI Global takes over GNI Netherlands and Flanders

AenF Partners assisted Messrs. Aqil Radjab and Jos Baas in the sale of their company to BNI Global.

In 35 years, BNI has grown into an organisation with networks in more than 70 countries around the world. BNI consists of entrepreneurs/professionals who help each other to grow their business. With the takeover by the global BNI organisation, a new chapter in the development of BNI Netherlands and Flanders is opened. 

AenF Partners supervised the vendors throughout the entire process, which consisted of (among other things) drawing up the financial analysis, coordinating the DD and conducting the negotiations.
