NewFork strengthens Facilicom Group's catering concept

AenF Partners assisted the founders of NewFork (Mr. Yorick van Baarsel and Roland Mathyi) in the sale to Facilicom Group.

The NewFork concept can now be found at a number of prominent fixed locations in and around the city of Rotterdam, such as the Erasmus University and restaurant Futureland in the Rotterdam harbour. Catering is also an important pillar of the company. For example, Coolblue and Deutsche Bank are supplied with food and drink on a daily basis.

With the acquisition of NewFork, Facilicom Group is taking the next step in the roll-out of its new F&B concept Food&i. Facilicom Group has been in existence for more than 50 years. With a complete range of facility services as well as care and welfare, it puts an inspiring living environment into practice for its clients. They do this in

Nederland, België, the Verenigd Koninkrijk and Ierland.
