AenF Partners guides strategic acquisition of Sani-Dump by Sanisale

AenF Partners has successfully guided the shareholders of Sanisale in the acquisition of industry peer Sani-Dump. Through the acquisition Sanisale strengthens its position in the sanitary ware and tile market. The combination now has 123 physical branches in the Benelux and Curacao.

Sani-Dump was founded in 2001 by Peter van Valen and has grown into a major player in the market for sanitary ware and tiles. With 42 stores (mix of own and franchise stores) Sani-Dump is one of the largest formulas in the Netherlands. Sanisale was founded some 20 years ago by Fred Grifhorst and is part of FG-Groep, a group of national franchise formulas which also includes Keukensale, Sanistunter and Keukenstunter.

The activities of AenF Partners included making financial analyses, conducting the negotiations and arranging the takeover financing. In this AenF Partners worked together with Florent (Legal) and TIC Advisory (Due-Diligence).
